As the only manufacturer authorized
installer of the Lock and Loadä
Retaining Wall System on Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast, we
have completed both residential and commercial projects using this
product. The Lock and Loadä
Retaining Wall System has the versatility to be used not only as a
retaining wall but also to smoothly incorporate stairs, planters and
other aspects of hard landscaping into your project. The panels can
be installed on a level plane or on an angle to follow a slope. We
have also built retaining walls using Allen Block wall systems, rip
rap shot rock, large concrete lock blocks and other types of wall
products.
From providing and placing large boulders,
gravel, soils, bark mulch, compost to digging ponds, tearing up sod
and brush clearing, TLC Bobcat Excavating has your landscaping needs
covered. We can do sub grade prep work with our rock hound
attachment and can do lawn prep with our hydraulic landscape rake
attachment. We install retaining walls, auger fence posts, change
grades, dress up driveways and much, much more.
Our excavator has a 13” digging bucket
perfectly suited for doing curtain drains, perimeter drains and
trenching. With the laser level attached to the machine, trenches
can be dug accurately with the right amount of fall or made level.
With laser level accuracy, foundations,
driveways, sidewalks and patios can be prepped very efficiently with
Bobcat equipment. Our laser level is mounted to our machines to
eliminate the need for the operator to get in and out of the machine
to check grade or the need for a second person to hold a grade
stick. Concrete removal is easy with a combination of our excavators, skid
steers and dump truck. Concrete 4” thick or less can be broken
without jackhammers or breakers and thicker concrete can be broken
with hydraulic breaker attachments available for all of our
machines.
For your winter needs, our Bobcat
skidsteers have smooth edge buckets and 7’ wide plow blades. As
well, we have a 7½’ pick-up truck mounted plow blade. Salting and
sanding is done with truck mounted spreader hoppers to achieve an
even distribution of product over your parking lots, driveways or
private roads. Salting and sanding on a regular basis shows due
diligence to your customers, tenants and the general public. Our
service provides detailed time and date billing to allow you to
maintain accurate records. Snow clearing and salting/sanding can be charged on a per
clearing/application basis or with yearly contracts to ensure
priority service.
Our excavator is five feet wide, on
rubber tracks, and has a ground weight of 4.5 psi (pounds per
square inch). This means we're gentle on your lawn and
pavement and can access your backyard with ease. We are able
to work in confined spaces with low impact on the surrounding
areas. It's a small machine with a lot of power and
versatility.
